Follow the below wax melt and warmer/burner care tips to stay safe and enjoy your wax melts!
- Place your wax melts in a melt approved wax warmer/burner
- Never add water to wax warmer/burner
- Place your melt warmer in a stable position away from drafts and flammable objects
- Keep the wax pool free of debris
- Do not burn for more than 2.5 hours at a time
- Never leave wax warmer/burner unattended
- Never touch or move burning/hot warmer
- Keep out of reach of children and pets
- You can reuse your melt until the scent is faded. Once faded removed wax residue and add a new wax melt
- To remove, if your warmer has been on and your wax is liquid, take two cotton balls, set them in the warmer, let it absorb, and discard cotton balls into the trash can.
- If your wax has hardened, remove it by turning the warmer back on so the wax at least loosens in the warmer and is easier to remove as a solid piece! Use a scraper to help with this so you don’t burn your fingers and be sure to wipe it down with a paper towel.
